  A nice shaded backpacking campground with easy access to water. We hiked in from the Arroyo Seco campground. Half of the easy 5 mile hike follows a fire road with beautiful views of the gorge and the Ventana Wilderness peaks. The other half is on a single track that winds through the forest and south-side streams of the Tassajara Creek drainage.
  
  There is alot of poison oak at the campground and on the trail. I would advise learning to recognize the leaves, stems and general habitats of poison oak before this trip.
